What is included in the installed starting price?+
The starting price includes the shelter unit, standard delivery and placement within the normal service area, and anchoring on approved concrete according to the manufacturer installation requirements. The written quote controls what is included for your property.
What can increase the final storm shelter price?+
Longer delivery distance, difficult turns or clearance, an unsuitable or missing slab, special placement equipment, door options, permits, sales tax, HOA requirements, current inventory and other site-specific work can change the final total.
Can I get an exact quote from photos?+
Often, the first price check can be completed from clear photos and measurements. Text the property address, slab dimensions, slab photos, gate or garage-door measurements, overhead clearance and the complete route from the road to the proposed placement area.
Does an above-ground steel shelter require excavation?+
Normally not when a suitable existing concrete slab and delivery route meet the unit and manufacturer requirements. A new concrete pad or other sitework can be quoted separately when needed.
Do you install above-ground shelters outside Parker County?+
Yes. Weatherford and Parker County are the local focus, but above-ground units can be quoted across a wider North Texas service area because they usually do not require a full excavation mobilization. Delivery distance and access are confirmed in the written quote.
