Anchoring hardware
Concrete anchoring is part of the installation—not an afterthought.
The hardware shown is the DeWalt Power-Stud+ SD1 concrete anchor Donald uses for applicable installations: 3/4-inch diameter and 4-3/4 inches long. Its box lists a 3-5/8-inch minimum embedment and 110 ft-lb installation torque.
Final anchor count, spacing, embedment and slab suitability are checked against the shelter manufacturer's instructions and the concrete at the property. Hardware by itself does not establish shelter certification; the shelter, slab, layout and installation must work together.

Not when the shelter can be installed on an approved existing concrete slab with suitable access. A new concrete pad can be quoted when needed. The slab must meet the shelter manufacturer's requirements before anchoring begins.

Slab condition, thickness, anchor layout, edge distance and required embedment must be confirmed before installation.
Do you install outside Weatherford?+
Yes. Weatherford and Parker County are the primary local focus, and above-ground installations can be quoted across a wider North Texas service area because they normally do not require a full excavation mobilization. Send the install address for a delivery and access check.
